BEACHY SUNDAY

Met up with my mother's side family for a fun-filled sunday at Chemas by the sea yesterday. I am a proud Davaoena, it is such a nice feeling knowing that you live near Samal, An island with a good variety of resort to choose from. You will surely love the waters, ambiance and the green environment there. I just love the beach so much, my best escape to the stressful city life.

WORK ON IT

I am not okay! I slept late this morning and now I feel groggy. I got extremely excited thinking about putting up a clothing line 3-5 years from now, well I don't really know. It's not just having a job or a business, it's about the fulfillment of my dreams. Fashion is really my passion and fantasy. My dream business is to have a clothing line in a mall. Fantasy fulfillment it is. I will live up my dreams, someday soon, If God permits.

BLACK IN SUMMER

Opted for darker shades to wear in summer. We're all encouraged to wear white or any light colored during summer, since those colors keep us cool- but it really depends. In fact, black clothing is the best way to keep cool in heat. It's all about physics. Well I am talking about my research here lately. I really did not expect that black turned out to be the only and the best color that absorbs heat and have some way to radiate it away. Good to know those facts. I will be wearing more black all summer long while monochrome is in for spring/summer fashion 2013. Chess print is my recent favorite by the way. Watch out how I pull-off such trend.

Why is Philippines summer so hot? Even in the places near the forest I've been to in summer, the weather is a lot more pleasant. My way of beating the summer heat - no sleeves and layers. Nothing is more exciting than a good girly summer outfit. Floral prints are slow to go out of fashion and a very pretty trend for spring/summer. Wearing gold during summer is not a good idea. Forgive me for another  fashion crime. I brought the wrong pair of shoes for beach overnight. It's okay, I still sparkle and shine with these spectacular heels from one of the best shoe shops in the web. I just love their items.

So here's my second outfit post for summer 2013. Wearing peek-a-boo dress from udobuy. One of my favorite summer dresses so far. And also, this union jack bag from chicnova is also my newest favorite. I am always looking for the next bag to add to my collection, and over the years I've noticed that I only have few printed bags. Finally, it is the bag I have my eyes set on. This one really took my heart away. By the way, this outfit, from head to toe is composed of summer 2013's top colors.
 It's sunday and we are headed to the beach today to attend our clan's grand reunion. I've met new found friends and long-time-no-see relatives today. This made my heart happy.

Camo, round sunnies and metallic pumps for hot summer. On-the-go saturday morning outfit without wearing make-up, never really know how to dress up today.
