ONE DIZZY SUNDAY

 

It's finally sunday. The day you set aside for family and faith. We generally go to the beach(Samal) then back to tita Erma's rest house for barbecue. It's a sleepy Sunday and I feel sick and dizzy in higher heats. That sudden dizziness I always feel when I'm active during hot weather and sleep was ruined a bit by 2 little naps during the day. Drinking water, putting my legs up and staying in a cool spot to lay down in were really helpful. Sorry, no cool beach photos to post. (huhuhu!)

Here's my Sunday look after a long nap and recovering. Wearing only loose powder and Hot pink lippies. By the way, I am so proud to share this hand-made floral headpiece.

Going back to nature! Welcome to clean and green Samal Island. Nature reveals a deep mystery and best describes my mood today. 

When a girl is silent, it means that her mind is speaking a thousand words. I have comments and suggestions in my mind for this nature hopping and adventure trip but I was hesitant about expressing my ideas. I needed something to divert my attention, and daydreaming is the perfect diversional activity. The good old song "In my world" by Avril Lavigne is meant for me.

UNUSUAL

It started out as just another ordinary day in the office but, when I  saw the upholstery sewing machine beside my table, things took an unusual turn. 

Talking about multitasking such as merchandising, paper works,  Taking phone calls, and sewing skirts- certainly different from the usual. I always loved designing, draping and sewing clothes.

Started sporting on burgundy and I loved it ever since. I just don't know what on earth got into my mind when I popped neon in this look. Maybe bringing out my fun side. I don't think it matched by hey, I look cute. I assume. And talking about cuteness, I bought something at kiddo department and this heart-shaped shades cost only 19php. Whaaaaat a steeeeeal for a shoot prop. I didn't bother to try prints in this mix-and-match. The neon, burgundy and layered laces does the trick. What do you think? Your suggestions and comments mean a lot to me.

Just another laid-back look. I didn't sleep at home so I didn't get to bring enough clothes such as blazers for the finishing touch. Forgive me for the quick outfit shots and for mixing florals, aztec and metals together. What a fashion crime. Only an hour before going to Davao Memorial Park.
