BARE LEGS AND OFF-SHOULDER IN 20 DEGREES C

Hey! totally up to you what to wear, but did you know it is only supposed to be 20 degrees C here? It could be super cold out but if my outfit is "on point" why cover it up with baggy coats and a big parkas?
