Sweater Days

Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2012 collection on pin-up shorts best described my outfit-of-the-day's inspiration. Hi-cut shorts that are more like boxers. Can't get over summer's floral and animal prints, etc. This would be the summer's last hurrah. Early autumn on the other side of the world, and hello rainy days for the people living in a tropical country including Philippines. Won't you wear a sweater? I am so excited for this rainy day's pullover trend. Keeping it warm in cool style.

Dream Catcher

Everyone has a negative story to tell. It was late night when everyone's sleeping. I suddenly heard the loudest cry and it breaks my heart so much. Nightmare it is. Wishing I was a dream catcher that hangs over her bed, trying to protect her from bad dreams. I didn't have any idea on what to do, so I just hugged her tight and prayed that negative vibes will disappear right away. Now, I have this one wish on my mind. That God will protect my loved ones from all evil and harm.

Life's A Dance

This outfit reminds me of my first love, Dancing! I remember wearing a hideous DIY polka dot pants for our high school dance contest. The dots were made of cartolina papers attached to my jeans. KILL ME NOW! HAHAHA! Thinking it was the lamest 80's music to dance with the funniest outfit in town. I just don't know what gotten into my mind during that time.

This is such a not-in-the-mood post ever. What a bad day, feels so disrespected in so many ways. Some people just need to grow up. But then again, "Life's a Dance, You'll learn as you go. Peplum and Red Lipstick

 Again, I am so lucky for this peplum trend. Peplums absolutely and amazingly work with body type C's. My shoulders are wider than my hips. This would be the best illusion of a curvier lower body, makes them proportionate to my shoulders. Let me share some tips to avoid peplum pencil skirt. First, It's a big no if you have a belly. Might not disappear the appearance of a stomach bulge. Flared hem top matched with flared hemline skirt is a yay. This is really funny and that would make the outfit too busy.

This was my second mom-and-baby pair peplum pencil skirt. First one was the black polka dots as you can see on my peplum perfect post weeks ago.

What's My Pastel Of Choice

Cool to the eyes, mint green is my pastel of choice. Though pastel pink sounds yummy, isn't it? Classic pastel shades will always be my favorite trend. Pastels and florals look so sweet together and I love how the bag and flat shoes give the outfit a down to earth feel. I got my first satchel bag from Capriccio Ko and fell in love with the hardware, prints and especially the color. Bag is so spacious, classy and always on-the-go. The best bag, plus the best top for mix-and-match. Helping me coordinate the outfit with the bag. No make-up, but it just enhances everything.

Rosy Power

I know my bangs messed up. The next time I wear hat, I promise to put them to one side. I really hate my hair. It takes so much time to make it look good, I ended up wearing something on it. A hat should leave a look, not save it! Well I have decided to try a totally new look. Watch out for my hair make -over, I will post it real soon. 

This look is about rose prints with some shade of grey and brown. Kinda Vintage, I love hoarding vintage so much. Always a no-make-up look but certain clothes emphasize your best features. Florals feature my feminine side. I always love wearing something girly.

Chrome Playing

Reworking some liquid metal finish on my outfit. Bought this metallic blazer from a friend for PHP500(12$). I got attracted with the color. It's so much perfect for a sportswear chic look. Hats on day for the big play. When wearing something sporty, I never stick to being boyish. So play up the girly, so much feminine factor with a pop of neon color and a little bit of floral.

Aztec Doll

Street styled "batik" prints, aztec, tribal prints or whatever you may call it. Embark on a style sojourn and rule the street with these prints.  Everything is so much Aztec. Comfort is the key when I choose an outfit. I skipped some accessorizing, just the bangles; too much print does the trick. What do think about my third Aztec doll look?
