Is there a time in your life when you feel down, stuck, apathetic and full of self-hatred? I always put in mind that we can't change another person, only ourselves. But it's so hard to cope up with this issue again this time. I guess staying home all the time can really get me down. Please help me divert. I don't know how to move on with this and I am so sorry for a sad post for today.
