DISCREPANCY

Let me start off this post by saying I hate loose cut- outs! I think I showed off my skinny figure here, which I hate the most. In case you're wondering my dress is sized medium. I know, should've chosen small. Are you having discrepancy in clothes sizes among retailers too? It makes it almost impossible  to get the right size sometimes. But I'm still in love with the colors I have on this look. What do you think?
